What to Eat Wednesday 8-31

I've recently been introduced to the ease and goodness of these...

Sunflower Seeds!

I grew up eating these and loved them. But, they are so time consuming to eat!  I just recently found out that you can purchase them already out of the shell and without a lot of salt added. I may be late to the game in this finding, but I was so excited when I realized it!! This is wonderful news because they are packed with fiber (something most of us don't get enough of), Vitamin E, Vitamin B's, and healthy fats. They are great as a snack, added to a salad, or in yogurt.

Who knew that this pretty plant could be so beneficial to humans?
