Today is What to Eat Wednesday! This is the day that I share something that is easy (and delicious) to add to your regular diet that will improve your eating habits. This week, the item of the week is Almonds!
Almonds are such a great snack- full of healthy fats and lots of vitamins. Now, when you're choosing them- be sure to choose natural almonds that haven't been fried or salted.
