Sweet Potato Fries

French fries are so delicious to me. I love them! However, my body doesn't appreciate the grease and fat. Here is my recipe for a makeover on the regular french fry.

Here's what you need:
3 Sweet potatoes (this recipe makes enough for 2-3 people)
1 1/2 tbsp. Olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic pepper
1/4 tsp. onion pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
Wash your potatoes and peel them. Unless you don't like the peeling, you don't have to be too picky about getting all of it off. I like a little bit left on.

Slice the potatoes into slices about 1/2 inch wide. The size of your fries doesn't matter too much, just so that most of the slices are all about the same size.

In a large bowl, add the olive oil and seasonings. Whisk together. Add the potato slices and toss until each piece is covered evenly.

Put all of the potatoes on a pan and make sure they are spaced out. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Take out and flip potatoes and bake for 10 more minutes or until tender. Take out and enjoy!

I hope you enjoy this made-over side dish!
